Cookies help keep you signed in. Choose whether this browser should remember you for longer at your next sign-in.
01 / COOKIE SETTINGS
Keep it simple.
Essential sign-in cookie Required
__Host-gc_sid (gc_sid on a local test copy) is the server-issued cookie that identifies your signed-in session. It is HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it. Sign-out removes it and ends that session.
Without remembering, sign-in uses a session cookie with a 12-hour server limit. Use Sign out on shared devices; closing a tab is not a reliable sign-out.
Select this to preselect remembering on your next sign-in. You can change the checkbox there. After you sign in with remembering selected, the server gives that device a longer-lasting sign-in cookie.
This setting does not extend, shorten, or sign out an existing session.
Optional remembering is off until you choose it.
“Accept all” currently means only remembering this device. It does not enable analytics, advertising, or trading.
